Managing Director:
After completion of his graduation in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), Managing Director Engr. Dr. Md. Masud Reza completed his MBA from Leicester University, UK and then did his doctorate from a US University in California and had started working on solving the traffic congestion in Dhaka city.
In this regard he had gathered lot of experiences in mass transit systems at different parts of the world. He designed the metro rail network of Dhaka city for the first time and Contech became the lowest bidder and first prequalified contractor of Bangladesh for establishing metro rail in Dhaka.
As a Director Operations of Builders the Best Ltd., he has also gathered extensive knowledge on different sorts of construction projects.
Chairman:
Chairman Engr. Md. Mohsin Mallick completed his graduation in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). He then joined C&B dept. as a Junior Engineer in 1958. He became Superintending Engineer and directly worked with Architect Louis A Kahn for the National Assembly building project. He was an expert and very reliable engineer of BPWD. He had constructed the Indira Mancha in Suhrawardy Udyan. He had also built the stage when Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman received the Julio-Curie Award. He also was directly involved with the construction of the present Gono Bhaban in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar.
After his service, he became the Managing Director of Builders the Best Ltd. and successfully had completed different construction projects under different employers both foreign and local at various parts of Bangladesh.

Prof. Dr. M. Shafiullah was the Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). He is at present the Vice Chancellor of Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology. He is very famous for his field Geotechnical Engineering in allover Bangladesh.
